Workout Schedule

Sunday - Run

Monday - Rest/Yoga

Tuesday - Rest

Wednesday - Run

Thursday - Rest/Yoga

Friday - Run

Saturday - Rest


This schedule works great right now. I can't do anything on Tuesdays & Saturdays unless more hours are added to the day. I'll adjust it as needed for here on out :)

Oooh, Yoga!! Do you go to a Yoga studio? Or just use a DVD?

I actually taped a few from FitTv. :) I would love to go to the Y and do it but the times just don't fit into my schedule :)
