Yesterday was W3 D2 :) It went pretty good. I struggled again with the last 3 min jog but over all it went well :) I was pretty sore though when I got to work though. I didn't stretch to well I'm assuming.
Tomorrow is my last day of Week 3, then week 4 has five min runs!!!!
